Being involved in the early stages of the animated documentary project of Hanna Heilborn and David Aronowitsch, I had the chance to experiment a lot. The “analog feeling” was very important to the directors so I used stop-motion and rough textures, at different scales. Some were used in the movie, but most helped inspire and define the style of the film.
